Adrienne & Matt are a true example of when you know, you know!
These two were brought together through facebook dating ( i didn’t know that was a thing until they told me) and a few months later they were married in a small ceremony at Lake of the Woods.
But also this ceremony I described is a different one than I photographed.
They had a small ceremony of the two of them and their friend who is ordained, but Adrienne’s mom insisted that she have a celebration and ceremony with her friends and family! And so they did.
Adrienne had a first look with her wedding crew that was standing up with her. The flower girls fell in love with her dress! Everyone was full of smiles and laughs! The jewel tone colors for the wedding dresses are my fav!!! 😍 I actually also had jewel tone dresses at my wedding, its so fun to see how others execute their dresses too!
Then it was on to the first look with the man of the day!! 🥳 The two of them had that same vibe that everyone does at their first look: tense tense until they make eye contact, until they can touch. It’s beautiful. A reminder of how our brains are still wired and afraid of being abandoned…. anywho… more pictuers!
Surrounded by their friends and family for their wedding ceremony at the Botanical Gardens Lake of the Woods. The sun was hot, but felt like the biggest spotlight shining onto the couple! The connection was there, instantly, as always. They are one.
They gathered and sang a prayer as a blessing over Adrienne & Matt and their marriage.
Stunners all around serving up looks!!! 😍 The couple, the wedding party, everyone was stunning!!!! Adrienne’s wedding dress was gorgeous and the waterfall at Lake of the Woods is just the perfect backdrop, everytime!

the bridesmaid dresses looked gorgeous all together and the contrast of the groomsmens white shirts was perfect! How are we gonna get the groomsmen on the same trend though? Different shades of suits? There are soooo many fun and unique suits out there too!! Even just hopping on Amazon, there is a huge variety with lots of reviews and pictures.
The couple shared their first dance and were in their own perfect world together. The way these two are just a vibe is beautiful. The patience and trust and kindness that is shared in their glances. 🥹 When you know you know and they knew. They were able to look into each others souls and be open and honest and strong and supportive and I think those are the couples goals, right? 🥰
After speeches and a delicious dinner, Adrienne and her father stepped up for their special dance.
They then invited all the fathers and daughters to share a dance as well. Matt and his daughter got to show off their dance moves too.
Fathers and daughters of all ages joined them on the dance floor! 🫶
The reception was LIT! It was a celebration after all! There is nothing better than a dance floor that is never empty! That is how I want to spend my nights celebrating and so it makes me happy that I get to be out there dancing too 😁
They closed the Elks Pavilion down (obvi it was their wedding hehe) with the music pumping and then transitioning into some karaoke! You read that right! Their wedding reception ended with karaoke!! So here is your sign to do the same at your wedding!! 😁 Also get you some foam glowsticks! Everyone enjoys these. 🤭
